Cory Sullivan

Hailing from Bayville, NJ, Cory got into triathlon when a coworker suggested he sign up his fiance, and LOCO Ashlea, for IronGirl Syracuse. So he did! After Ashlea completed that tri, the dynamic duo decided to sign up for another sprint together. “Now I’m addicted!” And Cory is currently training for his first half iron, the Patriot 70.3 in June!

Cory’s other race highlights include Third Place in his Age group at the 2014 Shoreline Sprint Triathlon in Rochester, NY, and completing his first marathon, the 2015 Lake Placid Marathon!

Why he is LOCO:  For my first marathon, I chose the hilliest course I could find, the Lake Placid Marathon!

More Goals in the Sport:  Finish an Ironman, do a 50 mile ultra, and qualify for the Boston marathon.
